Users may submit URLs, documents, and other content for chatbot training purposes. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Uploading only authorized content
• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights

You agree not to upload illegal or malicious content, upload copyrighted material without authorization, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, reverse engineer or misuse the services, or use the platform for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

4. Uploaded Content and Training Data

Users may upload PDFs, Word documents, website URLs, text files, FAQs, and knowledge base content. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe intellectual property rights.
• The content does not contain unlawful material.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. However, you grant us a limited license to process uploaded materials, train and generate chatbots, store content for service functionality, improve chatbot performance, and provide technical support.

5. AI-Generated Responses

Our platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. AI-generated responses:

• May not always be accurate
• May contain incomplete information
• Should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or professional advice

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating chatbot responses before public deployment. We are not responsible for business losses or damages resulting from AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including software, branding, design, APIs, AI systems, and platform features, is owned by the company and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Copy or resell the platform
• Reproduce source code
• Create competing services using our software
• Use branding without permission

Users retain ownership of their own uploaded business content.

7. Data Storage and Availability

We may store uploaded documents, chatbot configurations, chat conversations, usage analytics, and website training data. We aim to provide reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party providers including cloud hosting services, AI providers, analytics tools, payment gateways, and API services. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policies.

9. Payment and Subscription

If paid plans are offered, subscription fees must be paid on time. Fees may be updated with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Refund policies are governed separately where applicable.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, illegal activities, abuse of services, security threats, or non-payment. Upon termination, access to chatbot services and stored data may be removed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for AI-generated inaccuracies, business interruptions, data loss, security breaches beyond reasonable control, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from chatbot usage. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Confidentiality

We understand that uploaded business documents may contain confidential information. We implement reasonable security measures to protect uploaded content. However, users should avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless necessary.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
